Nearby there are many large office and administrative buildings, shops, hotels, cafes, the Sports Palace, the Svisloch River embankment, the central bike path, a public transport stop, and the Nemiga and Frunzenskaya metro stations. Opposite the shopping center there is a location where various public events, concerts and fairs are regularly held.
This is one of the shopping centers in Minsk and Belarus where traffic is generated the most. The shopping center is most visited by more than 30 thousand people on weekdays, and by more than 40-50 thousand people per day on weekends.
Ads can be placed both outside the shopping center, on one of the largest LED screens in Europe and Belarus (screen size 24x13 meters, and area 323.28 m²!), and inside the shopping center. All advertising structures are located in most crowded places — foyers, elevator halls, atrium area, food court — therefore, contact with ads is maximum.
